We are happy to offer a range of discounts to our conference participants at a rate of 50€ each. Discounts can be accumulated.

Presenting author Disocunt

Please note that only one author per each oral or poster presentation can avail of the discount. This author needs to be the presenting author. Co-authors are welcome to register  for the conference as well, but are not eligible to this discount.

Registration rate for Students: 200€

We are thrilled to offer a highly reduced fee for Bachelor's and Master's students to participate in our conference and visit many of our dedicated sessions for young researchers and emerging professionals and get in touch with professors and experts in the field from all over the world.

Here are some key facts and conditions for this registration rate:

• Students need to provide an up-to-date certificate of enrollment where it is clearly visible they are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme
• This discount does not apply to PhD students
• This discount does not apply to students who will present a paper at EuroSun 2024. They will have to register as Professionals.

EuroSun 2024 Fees Include:

• Catering during the EuroSun 2024 including coffee/tea breaks and buffet lunch from 26 – 30 August 2024. Please note, no lunch available on 26 August as conference programme will start during the afternoon of that day.

For authors:

• Inclusion of your abstract on conference platform, available to registered participants before the conference
• Inclusion of your abstract in the EuroSun 2024 digital program
• Admission to all plenary, technical and social events (except conference dinner) during EuroSun 2024
• Pdf version of your presentation (available for oral presenters only and granted permission by you) on conference platform, available to registered participants after the conference
• Pdf version of your poster (available for poster authors only and granted permission by you) on conference platform, available to registered participants after the conference
• Inclusion of your full paper (pre-review version) on conference platform, available to registered participants before and after the conference
• Publication fee of your completed paper in the ISES Conference Proceedings database (disclaimer: submitted full papers will be peer-reviewed and will only be published in proceedings if accepted by reviewers)
•  Certificate of attendance 
   

Services NOT included in the EuroSun 2024 registration fee and must be purchased separately:

• EuroSun 2024 conference dinner ticket (please see separate registration on the next page)
• Technical Tour tickets (please see separate registration and further information on the tours on the next page)
• Poster printing
• Dinner in the evenings
• Accommodation (information on accommodation deal for EuroSun 2024 attendees will be provided upon completion of the conference registration process)
• Transfer to and from the EuroSun 2024 venue
